Gentjan is a mechanical engineer, and is mainly concerned with the preparation of patent applications and prosecution before the Albanian Industrial Property Office. He also specializes in trademark and design protection, and in the strategic analysis of competitors and IP portfolios.<\/p>\n

His 20 years\u2019 experience in engineering field gained in Italy and Albania makes him well-suited to counsel clients on patent infringement cases in all areas of engineering, particularly in the fields automotive engineering, power engineering, apparatus and plant engineering, food technology, construction engineering and measurement technology.<\/p>\n

Further, Gentjan is in charge of coordinating and supervising prosecution work done in local level in Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia.<\/p>\n
